12 PCS Pencil Cartoning Packing Machine

The 12 acrylic hoppers are placed with 12 colors of pencils, and the motor drives the cross plate to connect the hoppers. The hopper vibrates to the 12 tracks below the hopper, and the conveyor belt transports the pencils forward to the front of the cartoner. The conveyor belt will transport the pencils forward to the front of the cartoning machine.

The cartoning machine sucks the carton and opens it, pushing the pencils delivered on the conveyor belt into the carton at the designated work station. Then it performs actions such as folding tongue, guiding, inserting ear, etc. and finally discharging.
