Functional Features:

Complete production process: Automatic cup loading, automatic labeling, automatic clay forming and cutting, automatic film sealing, automatic coding, automatic lid arranging, and automatic lid sealing.

Cup loading requirement: Overlapping cups are manually placed on the cup loading rack, and the machine automatically places them individually on the conveyor belt for cup filling.

Material feeding requirement: Color clay is manually added to the hopper.

Clay cup filling: Color clay is automatically extruded, formed, measured (5 ounces with an accuracy of ±3 grams), cut, and filled into the cups using the hopper and screw (made of iron-fluorine nylon).

Film sealing: With film sealing capability.

Coding: With color ribbon coding capability.

Lid sealing requirement: The lids are automatically sorted and fed into the lid sealing station using an automatic lid arranging machine, and then automatically sealed.
