The structure of the kneading machine

Kneader has two Z-type paddles, the speed of the two paddles is different, according to different processes can be set to different speeds, the common speed is 42/28 revolutions per minute, the two mixing can be forward or reverse rotation. Hydraulic system is operated by a hydraulic station to complete the function of turning cylinder, opening and closing the cover, etc. The detail parameters can be selected and requested by the user arbitrarily, and the operation is convenient and reliable. Electric control system: the kneader is equipped with an ordinary control cabinet. If the customer's material has special requirements, need to work in explosion-proof conditions, can be isolated using the control cabinet. If the material viscosity is too large, you can use the autocoupling reduced voltage starter.
