Production Efficiency: 50-60 pieces/minute for a single machine of one model; 40 pieces/minute for two models on one machine (trial run can reach a maximum of 48 pieces/minute).

Good Stability: During on-site acceptance testing by the customer, the machine ran smoothly for 4 hours and 25 minutes without any jams, demonstrating excellent stability. When there are defects in the plastic shell or serious issues with the screws, the machine will automatically sound an alarm. After manual clearance of the issues, the alarm is automatically cleared, and the machine continues to operate without the need for shutdown and restart. It operates fully intelligently.

This machine is designed to accommodate two different styles with a single unit. Only the fixture and other components need to be replaced, and there is no need to disassemble core components. This does not affect the stability of the machine, and it is easy to operate and learn.

One worker can operate three machines simultaneously, significantly reducing labor costs.

Normal wear and tear parts come with sufficient spare parts when delivered from the factory.
