Automatic Pen Clip Pen Barrel Pad Printing Machine

A fully automatic pen clip pad printing machine is an automated device used to pad print printed designs or text onto the barrel of a pen. It is usually controlled by a robotic arm or mechanical system that automatically grabs the pen barrel and places it on the pad printing machine. The pad printing machine is equipped with a printing head that allows for precise pad printing operations on the pen barrel.

The control system adopts digitalized microcomputer control system, which is easy to operate and contains fault display system for easier maintenance.
The printing process is controlled by four additional dwell times, which can be adjusted according to the different products and ink characteristics, making the printing quality more refined and reducing the printing defect rate.
Pneumatic parts are adopted from West Germany BOSCH and Japan SMC standard parts, high function and low failure make the machine performance more superior.
The transmission system adopts oil-free bearings and shafts imported from Japan, which are friction-resistant, long-lasting and easy to maintain.
Squeegee set is designed for easy disassembly, assembly and cleaning.
Separate adjusting ink pads, which can be independently adjusted in front, back, left, right and tilt, so that you can easily and quickly complete the color adjustment work.
Automatic feeding system with barrel arrangement for easy operation.
Three rows of feeding rail design, can print three pieces at a time, make printing faster.
Feeding rail is made of aluminum alloy with hard-oxygen treated surface for durability.
A hot air fan is added at the end of the feeding system to speed up ink drying and avoid contamination.
